Akaunti imefungwa - kwanini na nini cha kufanya?
Kuna sababu kadhaa kwa nini akaunti inaweza kufungwa:
1. Hakuna shughuli.
Sababu ya kawaida ni kwamba akaunti ilifungwa kwa kutokutumika (hakuna kuingia/shughuli) kwa muda mrefu - kutoka miezi 3 na zaidi. Akaunti kama hizo hufutwa, ikiwa hakuna pesa kwenye salio, na haziwezi kurejeshwa. Uko huru kusajili akaunti mpya. (mradi hakuna akaunti zingine zinazotumika zilizosajiliwa nawe kwenye Jukwaa)
* Barua pepe haiwezi kutumika tena. Utahitaji kutumia anwani tofauti ya barua pepe.
2. Imefutwa na mmiliki.
Ikiwa hakuna fedha kwenye salio, akaunti hizo haziwezi kurejeshwa. Kama ilivyokuwa awali, unaweza kuhakikisha kuwa hakuna akaunti nyingine zinazotumika zilizosajiliwa nawe kwenye Jukwaa, na uunde mpya.)
* Ikiwa umefuta akaunti yako mwenyewe kwa makosa, na kuna pesa kwenye salio lake - tafadhali wasiliana na kituo cha msaada kwa maelezo (kwa kutumia fomu ya «Mawasiliano» kwenye ukurasa mkuu wa tovuti). Maopareta wataangalia na kuona ikiwa akaunti inaweza kurejeshwa.
3. Akaunti zilizorudiwa.
Inaruhusiwa tu kuwa na akaunti moja inayotumika kwenye Mfumo. Ikiwa akaunti zingine zilizosajiliwa na mtu huyo huyo zitatambuliwa zinaweza kufutwa bila onyo (c 1.30 ya Mkataba wa Huduma).
4. Imefutwa kwa ukiukaji wa Mkataba ya Huduma.
Mmiliki huarifiwa kuhusu maelezo ya ukiukaji, na uwezekano wa kurejesha pesa, na ikiwezekana, anaombwa kutoa nyaraka zinazohitajika.)
* Katika kesi ya ugunduzi wa ukiukaji kiotomatiki (k.m. kutumia programu za kiotomatiki za kufanya biashara) - Kampuni ina haki ya kutokumjulisha mmiliki mapema. (Unaweza kuwasiliana na kituo cha msaada kupitia fomu ya “Mawasiliano” iliyo chini ya ukurasa wa mbele wa tovuti kwa maelezo na urejeshaji pesa (ikiwezekana). Tunakukumbusha kwamba nyaraka zote za kisheria (Mkataba wa Huduma na viambatisho vyake) zinapatikana kwa umma na zinaweza kurejelewa wakati wowote kwenye tovuti ya Kampuni.
Ikiwezekana kurejesha akaunti, utaombwa kutoa
- Picha yako mwenyewe ya ubora wa juu (selfie) ambayo umeshikilia nyaraka yako kwa ajili ya utambulisho (pasipoti yako au kitambulisho cha taifa kitafaa) pamoja na karatasi iliyoandikwa «QUOTEX» kwa mkono, tarehe ya sasa, na saini. Uso wako, mwili na mikono yote miwili lazima ionekane. Maelezo ya nyaraka yanapaswa kuonekana vyema na kusomeka.
- Skrinishuti za risiti za pesa iliyowekwa katika akaunti hiyo (taarifa za benki au risiti zenye taarifa za kina kutoka kwenye mfumo wa malipo uliotumia kuweka pesa zitafaa).
